These are the recommended system requirements for running RPCS3 at various performance levels for your device.

CPU is key. The PS3 uses a highly complex CELL architecture. RPCS3 relies heavily on the processor, so a strong CPU with a high clock speed will fix most performance issues.

For optimal performance in RPCS3, a highly powerful CPU and a dedicated graphics card that fully supports the Vulkan API is needed. Although hardware isn't the only factor for optimal performance. Emulation relies heavily on getting the settings right.

For Laptops, RPCS3 performs well when running on powerful Intel and AMD based laptops. Laptops with a CPU of at least 8 cores as well as GPU with Vulkan support/compatibility are highly recommended. Expect highly variable performance on laptops with less than 8 cores or low-power chipsets.
XENIA (XBOX360 EMULATOR)
Xenia is an XBOX360 research emulator, still in an experimental state on Linux. To run the Xenia XBOX360 emulator, a capable modern PC is needed.
